Mark began traveling to the Florida Keys from his hometown in Maryland in 1990. He was certified in 1990 as an Open Water Diver and
continued coming back to the Keys each year. Finally, he decided he loved the Keys enough to move to Key Largo permanently in 1992 and start a
career in the dive industry. After working as divemaster for a few local dive businesses he decided to get his Captain's license.
As some of you may remember, Captain Mark worked for Stafford aboard Scuba-Do for about three years.
Taking a break from the Keys, after eight years of running boats, he worked in the software industry for a global software company. After just a
few years of success, Mark returned to Key Largo and is the proud new owner of Scuba-Do! "It was time to come home!"
Scott is Scuba-Do's First Mate, Instructor, and Divemaster. Born in Indianapolis, he has been diving in Key Largo since 1993. Scott moved to Key Largo in 1997
and became a PADI OWSI Instructor. Before joining Scuba-Do, Scott has worked at John Pennekamp State Park as a Divemaster, Instructor, and started the Pennekamp
School of Diving, as well as working for other local dive operations. On his days off, Scott enjoys diving, playing music, going fishin' and spending lots of time with his beautiful twin girls!!!
Jessica moved to Key Largo from Kansas where she was certified as an Open Water diver while still in high school. She attended college at KU and worked in the
local dive shop where she earned her Divemaster certification and served as hostess and guide for numerous diving trips based in the Florida Keys. Tired of diving
the lakes and quarries of the Midwest U.S., Jessica moved to the Florida Keys in 2003 where she became a PADI Scuba Instructor. She now teaches diving full time
in the beautiful clear water of the Keys. She enjoys underwater photography, identifying the incredible array of local sea life, and providing the knowledge and
excitement of SCUBA to divers new and old.
